Phoenix Community Development Services is a Peoria, Illinois-based nonprofit social services organization focused on ending homelessness and supporting vulnerable individuals and families through housing-first and recovery-oriented services. The organization provides homeless outreach, supportive housing, behavioral health and community support services, workforce development, life-skills coaching, and medical respite services. It serves people experiencing homelessness as well as individuals with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other special needs. Formerly known as South Side Office of Concern, the organization operates as an active community-based provider rather than a biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences company.
