Phoenix DeVentures, now operating as PDV MedTech, is a U.S.-based medical device development and manufacturing company focused on helping MedTech startups and other device innovators move from concept through commercialization. The company provides end-to-end services including product design, prototyping, verification and validation, regulatory support, injection molding, cleanroom assembly, packaging, and ISO 13485-certified contract manufacturing. Its work spans a broad range of medical device categories, from surgical tools and implants to diagnostics, wearables, and cancer-treatment systems. In 2025, Phoenix DeVentures was acquired by INDO-MIM and rebranded as PDV MedTech, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary while continuing to operate in the MedTech sector.
