Physicians Wellness Network was a U.S. healthcare services company focused on compliance and physician-network services for online wellness screening and diagnostic testing. The company operated a national network of credentialed physicians and its webLAB platform, which connected consumers, physicians, and major laboratories to enable compliant ordering and reporting of blood tests across all 50 states. It was founded in 2001 and positioned as a lab-services and physician advisory infrastructure provider rather than a drug developer. Physicians Wellness Network was acquired by Medivo in June 2010, and the underlying lab services platform and physician-network assets were later sold by Medivo to newly formed PWNHealth in September 2015.
