Based in Charleston, South Carolina, the company operated a network of high-performing research sites known for rapid patient recruitment and high-quality data collection. Their therapeutic expertise included endocrinology, cardiology, respiratory medicine, and infectious diseases. In 2019, Pierce Management was acquired by LMC Manna Research to expand its clinical trial footprint in the United States. The company's operations have since been integrated into Centricity Research, a large North American integrated research site network.
