Headquartered in Mumbai, the company maintained a robust research pipeline targeting oncology, metabolic disorders, and inflammatory diseases. Its lead clinical candidate, Riviciclib (P276-00), was a selective CDK inhibitor that progressed into Phase 2 trials for multiple myeloma and pancreatic cancer. In 2011, the company was merged into Piramal Enterprises to consolidate the group's pharmaceutical R&D and streamline its healthcare operations.
