Planned Parenthood of Nassau County

Planned Parenthood of Nassau County was a nonprofit reproductive and sexual health care provider serving Nassau County, New York. It operated health centers and provided family planning, contraception, STI and HIV testing, abortion services, pregnancy testing, prenatal services, education, counseling, and advocacy. Historical materials indicate the organization had been serving the community since 1933 and operated three health centers in Nassau County prior to a regional consolidation. The standalone affiliate is no longer active as an independent operating organization; its former Hempstead center and Nassau County services are now operated within Planned Parenthood of Greater New York.
