Planned Parenthood of the Southern Finger Lakes

Planned Parenthood of the Southern Finger Lakes was a regional nonprofit healthcare provider and Planned Parenthood affiliate serving upstate New York. It provided sexual and reproductive health services, including contraception, STI testing and treatment, abortion care, cancer screenings, pregnancy testing, sexuality education, advocacy, and gender-affirming hormone therapy support. The organization operated multiple health centers across the Southern Finger Lakes region and emphasized access regardless of ability to pay. In January 2020, it merged with other New York Planned Parenthood affiliates to become Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, so it no longer operates as a standalone entity.
