Plante Moran is one of the largest certified public accounting and business advisory firms in the United States. Founded in Michigan in January 1924 by Elorion Plante with Frank Moran joining as partner later that decade, it now employs nearly four thousand professionals across more than twenty offices domestically and internationally. Its core offerings include audit/assurance services, tax consulting/compliance, wealth management, real estate advisory through affiliates such as PMCF and Realpoint, but it does not operate within life sciences/biotech/pharma/healthcare product development, nor does it have a drug/device pipeline or related R&D activities. The company remains privately owned with no stock symbol or public trading status.
