Plasma

Thplasma (operating under True Health Inc.) is a U.S.-based biopharmaceutical and plasma collection company that operates an integrated human plasma platform spanning collection, manufacturing, and commercialization. The company manages a growing network of FDA- and EMA-licensed plasma collection centers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, supplying human plasma to leading pharmaceutical manufacturers under long-term supply agreements. In addition to its collection business, Thplasma is advancing its own proprietary intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) and albumin biosimilar products for the U.S. market through an FDA-approved contract manufacturing partner. In July 2025, Longevity Health Holdings, Inc. announced a definitive merger agreement to acquire Thplasma in an all-stock transaction.
