The Plastic Surgery Company (TPSC) was a healthcare services firm specializing in physician practice management (PPM) for the plastic and reconstructive surgery industry. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, the company sought to consolidate independent plastic surgery practices to achieve operational efficiencies and improved bargaining power with insurers. TPSC completed an initial public offering in 1997 and aggressively acquired practices across the United States.
