Plectonic Biotech

Plectonic Biotech is a German biotechnology company pioneering a new class of programmable DNA-protein therapeutics that function as molecular logic gates to selectively direct the immune response to tumors. Spun out of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in 2022, the company leverages its proprietary LOGIBODY® platform to engineer multi-specific T-cell-engaging biologics. These logic-gated molecules require simultaneous binding to a predefined multi-antigen tumor signature to trigger T-cell activation, thereby overcoming off-target toxicity and broadening the therapeutic window. Plectonic is currently in the preclinical stage, advancing its lead candidates for hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, and has established strategic research collaborations with partners like Evotec and Sonrai Analytics.
