Plethico Pharmaceuticals was a leading Indian pharmaceutical company with a strong emphasis on herbal and nutraceutical segments. It manufactured and marketed over-the-counter medicines, sports nutrition products, confectionery items, allopathic drugs, herbal remedies, and nutraceuticals. The company had significant export operations across CIS countries, Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. In its prime years up to mid-late 2010s it operated two major manufacturing plants in Indore with GMP capabilities for tablets/capsules/liquids/injectables/herbals/nutraceuticals. Its portfolio included more than 400 branded products sold in over sixty countries. In the US market it operated through its subsidiary Natrol after acquiring it in 2008.
