The company’s flagship product, the FDA-approved Pleximmune™ test, predicts acute cellular rejection in pediatric liver/intestine transplants. The recently developed rapid six-hour blood test "PlexAPR™" enables same-day prediction of organ transplant rejection. In a recent clinical trial at three kidney transplant centers, their new antibody-mediated rejection biomarker ("PlexABMR™") showed positive and negative predictive values of over 75% for predicting antibody-mediated graft injury. Other offerings include lab-developed tests for kidney transplantation ("Pleximark™"), cytomegalovirus infection ("PlexCMV™"), and COVID‑19 severity ("PlexCOVID‑19"). Their technology supports both patient care and drug development programs from preclinical through post-marketing phases.
