Plurinuva

Plurinuva is the former name of Ever After Foods, an Israeli cultivated-meat technology company spun out of Pluri and backed by Tnuva Group. The company develops a proprietary bioreactor and cell-expansion platform designed to improve the scalability and cost efficiency of cultivated meat, fish, and seafood production. Rather than operating as a traditional therapeutics developer, it appears to follow a business-to-business model that partners with food and cultivated-protein companies on scale-up validation and pre-commercial deployment. Its technology originated from Pluri’s cell expansion capabilities and has been positioned as a way to reduce capex and opex barriers in cell-based food manufacturing. The company is active, but it is not a life science, biotech therapeutics, pharma, or healthcare company in the conventional analyst sense.
