Company intelligence / Profile preview
PMC Ocular Network was a healthcare provider network established in 2004 as a subsidiary of U.S. MedSys Corp. The network comprised approximately 1,100 ophthalmologists across 14 states and was specifically designed to provide specialized eye care services for diabetic patients. It aimed to partner with healthcare payers to manage the escalating costs of diabetic ocular complications through a coordinated delivery platform. The network operated in conjunction with the Wills Eye Surgical Network but became inactive following the financial decline and regulatory issues of its parent company in the mid-2000s.
