PointLoma Biosciences is developing off-the-shelf, allogeneic γδ T cell therapies engineered with dual chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) to target both tumor cells and the immunosuppressive stroma within the tumor microenvironment. The technology also incorporates gene editing strategies to overcome immune suppression in solid tumors.
