Overview
Polarean Imaging has developed and commercialized XENOVIEW®—the first and only FDA-approved hyperpolarized xenon Xe129 MRI contrast agent for visualizing regional lung function. The platform provides non-invasive, radiation-free assessment of ventilation and gas exchange in a single breath-hold. Clinical data presented at major conferences demonstrate its utility across multiple respiratory indications. In June 2025, the FDA expanded XENOVIEW’s indication to include children from six years of age. The company’s technology supports both clinical care and pharmaceutical research trials.
