Company intelligence / Profile preview
Polaris Group’s lead asset Pegargiminase ("ADI‑PEG 20", trade name ADZODI) is a biologic targeting arginine metabolism. It is in late-stage clinical development for multiple cancers. A rolling BLA submission was made to the US FDA for malignant pleural mesothelioma in November 2024. Three additional Phase III trials are ongoing for glioblastoma, leiomyosarcoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma. The company is preparing for commercialization and seeking global/regional partners. Early results suggest potential benefit as salvage therapy in BRAFi-resistant melanoma as well.
