PolTREG has demonstrated long-term clinical remission of up to twelve years with its lead autologous polyclonal Treg therapy PTG‑007 in early-onset type type 1 diabetes. A subset of patients remained insulin-independent up to two years post-treatment. The company has completed five clinical trials across type type 1 diabetes, multiple sclerosis, and graft vs host disease. It holds one of the largest proprietary safety/efficacy datasets globally for this modality. Pivotal phase 2/3 studies are planned or ongoing in type type 1 diabetes; phase 2 studies are launching for multiple sclerosis. Preclinical work on next-generation engineered products—including CAR-Treg therapies—is underway.
