Overview
Polymed has developed a pipeline of novel bifunctional degraders targeting previously "undruggable" proteins. Their lead asset HPB-143 (an IRAK4 degrader) reached IND clearance with the FDA and was outlicensed to Photys Therapeutics for global development outside Greater China/Southeast Asia. The company also disclosed new FLT3/IRAK4 inhibitors for cancer and autoimmune indications. Clinical data on efficacy/safety are not yet public as of May 2025.
