Company intelligence / Profile preview
PolyTherics developed proprietary polymer-based technologies for site-specific conjugation and PEGylation of therapeutic proteins, enabling improved pharmacokinetics/stability. Their platforms have been licensed by major pharma partners for use in developing next-generation biologic drugs including ADCs. After merging with Antitope in July 2013, they became part of what would become Abzena—a leading global provider of integrated solutions for biopharmaceutical development. Products using their technology were advancing toward clinical trials at time of merger but no independent clinical results are attributed solely to "PolyTherics."[1][3][4]
