Poplar Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing next-generation therapies for IgE-mediated atopic diseases, including food allergies, allergic asthma, and atopic dermatitis. The company’s lead program, PHB-050, is a triple-action anti-IgE antibody engineered with a modified Fc region to rapidly deplete circulating IgE by directing drug-target complexes to the liver for destruction.
