Population Health Innovation Lab

The Population Health Innovation Lab (PHIL) is an initiative of the Public Health Institute (PHI) designed to foster multi-sector collaborations that address complex health challenges. PHIL provides strategic consulting, coaching, and evaluation services to help communities and healthcare systems implement innovative population health strategies. The organization focuses on advancing health equity and improving community well-being by bridging gaps between public health, healthcare, and social services. Their work includes developing sustainable financing models and supporting Accountable Communities for Health (ACH) to drive systemic change across the United States.
