Por1Sorriso

Por1Sorriso is a Brazil-based nonprofit oral-health organization that provides free, specialized, humanized dental care to underserved and vulnerable populations. Founded in 2016 by dentists Felipe Rossi and Marina Bello, the organization deploys volunteer-led care missions and municipal projects across Brazil and selected African countries, including Kenya and Mozambique. Its services include restorative and surgical dentistry, endodontics, prosthetic rehabilitation, and other oral-health interventions delivered with portable equipment and digital dental tools. The group also runs named access programs such as Mantiqueira Sorrindo, Projeto Cidade, and Projeto Mil Sorrisos, and partners with dental-industry supporters to expand access to care. Although it operates in healthcare, it is not a biotech or drug-development company and does not have a pharmaceutical pipeline.
