Positive Healthcare is a specialized managed care organization and a division of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), the largest global non-profit provider of HIV/AIDS medical care. It operates as the first HIV-specific Special Needs Plan (SNP) in the United States, offering coordinated healthcare services tailored to the unique needs of individuals living with HIV. The program integrates clinical care, pharmacy benefits, and intensive case management to improve patient adherence and long-term health outcomes. Positive Healthcare currently serves members in California, Florida, and Georgia through Medicare Advantage and Medicaid contracts, utilizing a patient-centered medical home model.
