Positively Living

Positively Living is a Tennessee-based nonprofit healthcare organization operating under the Choice Health Network brand to provide integrated medical, pharmacy, prevention, behavioral health, housing, and harm-reduction services. Founded in 1996 to support people living with HIV/AIDS, the organization has expanded into a broader public health delivery model serving individuals affected by HIV, homelessness, mental illness, substance use, and related social determinants of health.
