Company intelligence / Profile preview
Poudre Valley Health System (PVHS) was a prominent non-profit healthcare organization based in Northern Colorado, primarily serving the Fort Collins community. The system was anchored by Poudre Valley Hospital and later expanded to include the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland. Known for high-quality clinical care, PVHS received the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2008. In 2012, the system entered into a joint operating agreement with the University of Colorado Hospital to form UCHealth. This merger integrated PVHS into a larger academic and community health network, significantly expanding the reach of its medical services and research capabilities. Today, its legacy facilities continue to operate as key components of the UCHealth regional network.
