PRAMOMOLECULAR

PRAMOMOLECULAR is a private German biopharma company developing self-delivering siRNA therapeutics for cancers and other serious diseases that have been difficult to treat with conventional drugs. The company\u2019s core technology uses covalently linked lipid-based "ferry molecules" to enable in vivo delivery of oligonucleotide drugs into tissues beyond the liver, particularly the lung, pancreas and heart. Its lead internal focus appears to be KRAS-driven tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and colorectal cancer, with additional work described in heart failure and potential out-licensing of its delivery technology.
