Prange Group is a privately held, family-owned German holding company and family office with investments across multiple sectors, including pharma and healthcare. Within life sciences, it is best known as the parent and investor behind Prange Pharma and as a shareholder in Adragos Pharma, with a focus on pharmaceutical products, services, and contract manufacturing. The group has built and acquired pharma-related assets, including the Halden, Norway sterile manufacturing site acquired from Fresenius Kabi in 2024 through a Prange Group company. It is not a drug-development biotech with a disclosed therapeutic pipeline; rather, it operates as an owner, builder, and long-term investor in healthcare and pharmaceutical operating businesses.
