Precigen Bioinformatics

Precigen Bioinformatics Germany was a Germany-based bioinformatics and scientific services subsidiary of Precigen focused on the development and commercialization of scientific products and the provision of scientific services, including project management and scientific consulting. The entity appears to have represented the former Genomatix business within the Precigen corporate structure rather than a therapeutic drug-development company. It was ultimately a subsidiary of Precigen and was not itself a clinical-stage biotech sponsor with a disclosed therapeutic pipeline. Public corporate registry records indicate the company entered liquidation in May 2022 and was deleted from the registry in January 2025.
