Overview
PrecisemAb’s Universal Antibody Lock platform enables the creation of conditionally active antibody drugs that are only activated in diseased tissue. This approach aims to reduce on-target toxicity and systemic side effects. Their lead program PSM101 targets EGFR-expressing tumors and has shown promising animal data; non-human primate safety studies were planned for early 2024. The company also develops ADCs and immunotherapies using this masking technology. No clinical trial results have been reported yet.
