Precision Medicine Alliance (PMA) is a healthcare services company and a wholly owned subsidiary of CommonSpirit Health, originally established as a joint venture between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health. Launched in 2016, it is one of the largest community-based precision medicine programs in the United States, designed to provide patients in community settings with access to advanced genomic testing and personalized treatment protocols. The alliance focuses on integrating molecular diagnostics into clinical workflows, primarily in oncology, cardiovascular health, and pharmacogenomics. By leveraging the Syapse data platform, PMA enables community physicians to utilize real-world evidence and genomic insights to deliver targeted therapies, effectively bridging the gap between academic research and community care.
