Overview
Presidio Pharmaceuticals has developed a pipeline of small-molecule antiviral drugs targeting hepatitis C and HIV. Its lead HCV program includes PPI‑461, an NS5A inhibitor that showed positive results in a Phase 1b trial for chronic hepatitis C genotype 1 patients—demonstrating good tolerability and significant reductions in HCV RNA levels. Other programs include compounds targeting the HCV NS5B polymerase and investigational therapies for HIV. Some pipeline assets have been discontinued or are pending further development.[6][8]
