Primary Care Commissioning (PCC) is an independent, not-for-profit social enterprise based in the United Kingdom that provides specialist support to the health and social care sector. Established as a Community Interest Company in 2009, PCC offers a wide range of services including consultancy, leadership development, training workshops, and event management, with a particular focus on primary care services such as general practice, dentistry, and pharmacy. The organization works closely with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), NHS England, and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to improve service delivery, business processes, and healthcare strategies. PCC also manages NHS Networks, a virtual collaboration platform that facilitates news sharing and networking for thousands of healthcare professionals. Its mission is to build capability within NHS teams and support the development of high-quality neighborhood health services.
