PrimaryOne Health

PrimaryOne Health is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center serving Central Ohio through a network of community-based medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, pharmacy, and enabling-service sites. The organization traces its roots to 1973 and was reorganized in 1997 as Columbus Neighborhood Health Center before adopting the PrimaryOne Health name in 2015.
