Prime Healthcare Foundation

Prime Healthcare Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity that operates a network of community hospitals across the United States. Founded in 2006 by Dr. Prem Reddy, the foundation is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare and supporting charitable clinics and medical education. It currently owns and operates 14 non-profit hospitals in six states, focusing on clinical excellence and serving underserved populations. The foundation's mission includes providing uncompensated care and supporting the California University of Science and Medicine to address physician shortages.
