The PrinceRidge Group was an independent financial services firm and investment bank founded in 2009 by a team of veteran Wall Street executives. Headquartered in New York, the firm specialized in fixed income, capital markets, and advisory services for middle-market clients. While not a biotechnology company itself, PrinceRidge maintained a dedicated Healthcare and Life Sciences investment banking group that provided capital raising and M&A advisory to companies in the sector. The firm was acquired by Institutional Financial Markets, Inc. (IFMI) in 2011, which subsequently integrated the PrinceRidge operations into its broader capital markets platform. Today, the entity is no longer active as a standalone brand in the financial or healthcare markets.
