Prison Health Services (PHS) was a pioneer and leading provider of outsourced healthcare management services for correctional facilities, including state prisons and local jails, across the United States. Founded in 1978, the company specialized in delivering comprehensive medical, dental, and mental health services tailored to the unique needs of incarcerated populations.
