Private Diagnostic Clinic

Private Diagnostic Clinic was the physician practice organization affiliated with Duke Health and Duke University, operating as a large academic multi-specialty medical group in Durham, North Carolina and across central and eastern North Carolina. Historically, it functioned as the faculty practice for Duke Medicine/Duke Health, providing primary care and a broad range of specialty outpatient services rather than developing therapeutic drug products. Effective July 1, 2023, the organization joined Duke University Health System and was renamed Duke Health Integrated Practice. As a result, Private Diagnostic Clinic is best understood as a former healthcare services entity within Duke Health rather than a biotech or biopharma company.
