The company operated significant facilities in Daytona Beach, Florida, and Kannapolis, North Carolina, providing formulation, development, and high-volume production services for major retail brands. In 2018, the company faced a massive product recall due to microbial contamination in its nasal spray products, which led to a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. Subsequently, the company ceased operations and its assets were liquidated or sold to other entities, such as Ridgeview Co-Pack.
