Professional Portable X-Ray, commonly known as PPX, is a U.S. mobile diagnostic imaging company focused on delivering bedside imaging and related diagnostic services outside traditional hospital and clinic settings. The company has provided portable X-ray services for more than 30 years and expanded its service offering to include EKG, ultrasound, Doppler, bone density testing, and echocardiography in select markets. PPX historically served long-term care, home-based, and community healthcare settings across several Midwestern states and Arizona. In April 2021, PPX was acquired by DispatchHealth and has since been associated with DispatchHealth Imaging, supporting in-home care delivery and radiology services.
