Project Concern International

Project Concern International (PCI) is a global development and humanitarian organization that merged with Global Communities in 2020 to expand its reach and impact. Founded in 1961, the organization focuses on integrated health, nutrition, and food security programs designed to empower vulnerable populations. PCI's health initiatives primarily target maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment, and the management of infectious diseases like tuberculosis. They utilize community-led interventions and social-behavioral change communication to improve public health outcomes in underserved regions. Operating across Africa, Asia, and the Americas, PCI partners with major international donors such as USAID and the World Food Programme to implement sustainable development solutions.
