Promedigen

Promedigen is a South Korea-based private biotechnology company developing first-in-class therapeutics for cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The company was founded in 2019 based on KAIST-derived protein engineering technologies that enable site-specific introduction of post-translational modifications and creation of disease-relevant protein-protein interaction models. Promedigen uses this platform to discover drugs against previously intractable, PTM-driven targets, with a particular emphasis on overcoming drug resistance in oncology.
