Company intelligence / Profile preview
Propagation Services Canada was a Canadian cannabis joint venture focused on large-scale cultivation and propagation of cannabis flower at a greenhouse complex in Delta, British Columbia. The business operated a roughly 2.2 million square foot greenhouse asset designed for low-cost, high-volume production, supported by advanced HVAC, lighting, water systems, and on-site power infrastructure. It was associated with AgraFlora Organics/Agra Ventures and the Houweling greenhouse operation, and also did business as Boundary Bay Cannabis. The venture was not a drug-development biotech company with a therapeutic pipeline; instead, it was an operating cannabis cultivation asset. The joint venture was unwound in June 2023 when Agra Ventures exited, and in April 2025 Propagation Services Canada Inc. was amalgamated into Houweling Nurseries Property Ltd., indicating that the standalone entity is no longer active.
