PX128
Pre-clinical- Indications
- Atopic dermatitis, Asthma
Company intelligence / Profile preview
Proteologix developed a robust pipeline of differentiated bispecific antibodies with best-in-disease potential for immune-mediated diseases. Its lead program, PX128, a bispecific antibody targeting IL‑13 and TSLP, was ready to enter Phase I trials for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and asthma as of mid–2024. PX130 targets IL‑13 and IL‑22 for AD and was in preclinical development. The company’s approach aims to break the efficacy ceiling by simultaneously inhibiting multiple disease-driving pathways with infrequent dosing intervals preferred by patients. No clinical results have been published yet as both lead assets were at or before first-in-human studies when acquired.
