ProtoQuick

ProtoQuick is a California-based prototype manufacturing and engineering services company focused on machining, mold making, plastic injection molding, EDM, and engineering support. The business was founded in 2009 and combined with Ken Staal Design in 2012 to form ProtoQuick, Inc. In March 2021, ProtoQuick was acquired by Seisa Medical as part of Seisa’s strategy to expand its plastics and metals capabilities and strengthen its medical device manufacturing footprint in the San Francisco Bay Area. ProtoQuick appears to continue operating as part of Seisa’s broader medical device development and manufacturing network, supporting customers from prototype parts through a path toward higher-volume production. Its work is healthcare-related through medical device prototyping and manufacturing rather than drug development or therapeutics.
