PROXY Laboratories is a Netherlands-based bio/pharma services company focused on quality control testing, analytical method development and validation, stability studies, EU import analysis and batch release for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products. The business also offers aseptic small-scale compounding and fill-finish manufacturing of sterile clinical trial materials, along with labeling, packaging, storage, distribution, and QP batch certification services. Founded in 2001 in Leiden, the company expanded through acquisitions and mergers before becoming part of Sinensis Life Sciences in 2012. Sinensis was acquired by Eurofins in January 2016, and the business subsequently operated as Eurofins PROXY Laboratories. In 2026, the legal entity name changed to Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Leiden B.V., making PROXY Laboratories effectively a legacy and brand-transition name rather than a standalone independent company today.
