Public Health Foundation of Columbia County

The Public Health Foundation of Columbia County is a non-profit healthcare organization headquartered in St. Helens, Oregon. For several decades, the Foundation served as the designated Local Public Health Authority for Columbia County, providing a comprehensive suite of services including immunizations, communicable disease surveillance, and reproductive health care.
