Puerto Rico Primary Care Association Network

The Puerto Rico Primary Care Association (ASPPR) is a non-profit organization that represents the network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) across Puerto Rico. Founded in 1984, the association provides technical assistance, training, and advocacy to support the delivery of high-quality primary healthcare services to underserved and uninsured populations. ASPPR coordinates efforts among its member centers to improve health outcomes, manage chronic diseases, and enhance the operational efficiency of community health clinics. The organization serves as a critical liaison between local health centers and federal agencies, such as the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
