Pulmovant’s lead asset, mosliciguat, is an inhaled small molecule sGC activator being developed as a once-daily treatment for pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease. Phase 1 data showed up to a 38% reduction in pulmonary vascular resistance—one of the highest reductions seen in PH trials to date. The drug is currently being evaluated in a global Phase 2 trial ("PHocus") and has shown promising safety and efficacy signals so far
